I can tell you what to do for your arthritis and asthma... (I think the meds you're on are just a bandaid in controlling them... the meds are more likely causing other problems..).. you really need to wean off the meds.. I would first email doc for his free tape - give him your mailing address.. next I would give him a call as to how to start weaning off the meds and which herbs to start taking... For arthritis, MSM, panther piss (in the files) and lemon egg, and lobelia is good for asthma... however, you really need to do a total body cleanse Also getting on total nutrition would be a good move..will give you energy and all the vitamins and minerals you need. However, I would contact Doc first as you are on several medications which need to be addressed.. His number is in the files under a free call. Why are you on nitro? Cayenne would be a better choice if for heart, circulation, etc. I have type or level 4 arthritis of the kneecap... supposed to be in constant pain.... guess what - I'm not... a bit when weather changes... but not much... I use MSM, panther piss and lemon egg (calcium) I do also take Total nutrition and total tonic (in the files). Oh yes, welcome - you've come to the right list.
