Special Notice in regards - The FDA!!!!

I am posting the report of this attack to HR. It will also be

posted as a " Special Message " so that all 1,800+ of our members will

find out about this. If Hanneke is willing (cc to her as well), she

should get all the rest of the data, and post it to the list as it

becomes available. Then all of us can make our comments, and /

or " help " as we can, and as we see fit.

 

I have another friend in CA who had a big website and was " hit " for

carrying Comfrey.

 

It is happening. The war is definitely ON!!!!!!!

 

I also know for a fact, that the reason I have NOT been hit is

because I do NOT have a large web presence, and am somewhat Fabian.

Even though I am " out there " and communicate very dramatically on

other lines including HR, my profile is still somewhat low. I also

know that this will one day change, and I'll then have to " fight " .

However, I like to pick my own battle grounds, and my own time. I

don't fight a war like this to " lose " or with any intention of

losing. For me, this is not an option. I'll never compromise with

the truth!!! Never!!!

 

I am CC'ing Herbal Healer's Webmaster so that he can propose to

Mariah that she may come to HR for support if she wishes. As usual,

there is to be " NO selling " of products per our list's policies, and

I have deleted that part of the comm below.

 

Her one mistake was to give in to the Attorney General's office the

first time. That was the first throwing of the gauntlet, and she

should have taken it up and become our figurehead and leader in

this " war " . She still has a chance to do this with this new attack.

 

If she thinks the attacks are over, or that this one (by the FDA) is

the last one, she is mistaken. She is now a permanent target of the

establishment, and they will not stop until she is completely

destroyed. She has no option here but to fight back with all she's

got.

 

The goal here is not to get them to " lay off " and just leave us in

peace. This would be nice, but we are dealing with completely mad

people here and insane organizations with a crazy agenda. Their

goal is our complete destruction. Our goal here must be to destroy

the monopoly of the FDA/AMA, the Giant Pharmaceuticals, the Psychs,

and the International Bankers behind them all. Some may accuse me

of being " conspiracy theory " oriented here, but a spade is a spade.

The evidence is overwhelming, and putting our heads in the sand will

not make it go away (you just get your ass shot off this way ;o)

 

Mariah is welcome to garner support here on HR for a " fight " if that

is her intention, now that she is aware that compromise has gotten

her nowhere. Like the rest of us, there will be no promotion of

products or services. If she'll fight this to the end, I'll support

her with money and /or fists, and with my connections (I have

several political and very hot legal contacts).

 

If she's not willing to walk that last mile, I'll tackle them

myself - when I'm good and ready.

or prevention of disease. The continued marketing of these

products with these claims violates the Act.
