Guest guest
Hi there...You are on day 2 of the Liver Gall Bladder cleanse , right? That would be week three then . If so wanted to check and be sure you are drinking plenty of Potassium Broth. This is a very important drink when doing week three. it should handle dizziness.Drink plenty of it. When I am feeling crappy while doing the Liver Gall Bladder Cleanse I exercise more to speed up the D-Tox. That is what is causing the nausea......Mary O - " DrCrandall " <drcrandall " HerbalRemedies " <herbal remedies > Sunday, January 18, 2004 8:54 AM Herbal Remedies - Total Body Cleanse and ginger tea > > > Is it the ginger tea that's making me nauseous and dizzy or > is it just simply cleansing symptoms? Guest guest
Anna, You know that while in the hot tub and drinking the tea you raise your temp so as to sweat to get the toxins out.. Sounds like they're really coming out... Make sure you drink plenty of water . Guest guest
Dear Anna, It's the detox. I don't think I told you at the time, but Valorie and I are on a full Total Body Cleanse at the moment as well in order to recover from the New Years festivities ;o) We just started the Liver / Gallbladder part of the cleanse yesterday, and am experiencing the same nausea phenomenon. My take on it is - the extra sugar and carbs we took in over the holidays. Normally we don't eat much sugar (if any) but holidays can be trying, especially if someone (friend or enemy ;o) sends you a box of chocolates LOL. Don't worry, you'll be going through ups and downs as you go through the program, and this is normal. In the not to distant future though, you'll get yourself to a point where you're feeling awesome!!!
