I bought some organic kibbled buckwheat, never seen it before, I looked on the net and it said cook using 2 parts water to 1 part buckwheat for 6 minutes. I cooked it and its like porridge, its all thick and gluggy, I don't see how I can put it into a salad. Now I have some more soaking first, while I try and find out what to do with it.
