Guest guest
Total tonic is an antibiotic formulae that Ian Shillington has derived allowing the body to build up a resistance to an infection (maintenance formula) e.g. cold/flu or to be taken in a therapeutic dose when an infection is present. It consists of garlic, ginger, onions, capsicum (pepper), and horseradish and processed in a blender along with Apple Cider Vinegar, allowed to stand for two weeks (preferably) and then strained taking the liquid as a daily dose and also the left mash can be eaten as a food and I am sure other members on this list will give you ideas of how to do that too. The recipe is in the files or press on this link: http://f4grp.fs.com/v1/oGQGQA9sL8AsB21YHMi0PyrUAriPhUX9sgjLr24UsK6IjcDt1d2v\ gT68Uf2PejXb07w_1ipIG8p7uOz2LuczG30 udg/Doc%20Ian%20Shillington%20Doc/Total%20%20Nutrition%20 Formula or that did not work, just go into the files.
