Guest guest
Yes I try it, the funny thing is that I didn't realize the connection until today and all that talk about potasium. I was already discussing it with someone (outside the group) when Janet sent this research. Well I'll give it a try for two or three weeks and see if I can replicate the same effects. ˽ͨ Brigitte Don Quai [mysticalherbalist] January 14, 2004 1:53 AMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - RE: Copper & FMS Hey Brigitte, That sounds yummy. If you were feeling really good at that time then by all means continue to use your salad dressing. Now that I think of it my salad dressing was : garlic, onions, ACV, olive oil, fresh borage leaves, fresh oregano and a touch of cayenne. Should add a bit of horseradish in it and I would have a complete health program or diet and it would be delicious at the same time. Maybe a touch of cilantro to get rid of those metals? Guest guest
Don, Mostly I try to eat foods with lots of copper content like almonds, avacados, beans, beets, broccoli, garlic, lentils, etc. Carrie Ann >I guess that depends on how your are attempting to supplement the copper. > >Don Q. _______________ Get a FREE online virus check for your PC here, from McAfee. http://clinic.mcafee.com/clinic/ibuy/campaign.asp?cid=3963
Guest guest
Excellent. Now are you cooking these foods? Best is eat them raw and in the case of nuts, legumes, grains and seeds sprout them and eat raw. This will give you organic copper. Cooking changes the copper making it inorganic.
