Hi Blaze,

 

Oranges are alkaline forming foods. Fresh squeezed OJ is alkaline as well. Unless the stuff you buy from the store was just squoze then it is acid forming due to the pasturization and processing.

Herbal Remedies - Orange Juice and Mucus....

 

Greetings all!!

 

I just read some info that Orange Juice and oranges period are mucous forming. Has anyone else heard of that and is it true? Or perhaps true with pasteurized OJ?? Just curious, never heard that before today...Love...
