Skin problem

I think I have a rash of sorts due to wearing a scarf during a long

walk in cold weather and working up a sweat. I have clusters of small

pimple like things filled with water. The clusters are so close that

I have big red weals everywhere my scarf and hat were rubbing--which

is most of my face.

 

What is recommended to heal this unsightly mess? It doesn't appear to

be getting any better. I've had similar stuff like this in the past,

due to similar circumstances, but this time is much worse and is

hanging on longer than normal. I'm presently using tea tree oil to

keep the infection at bay, and I used some Dr. Shultz Anti-I, but

that seemed too harsh and made it worse.

 

Obviously, I'm doing smething wrong. Maybe I need something gentler?
