Guest guest
Someone recently asked about the use of distilled water vs.. tap water. I wasn't sure how to respond to their claims. Here is the post... >>Lots of opinions on that. Dr. Christopher says definitely. But many naturopaths say that it pulls too many minerals out of the body. Distilled water acts like a magnet and pulls stuff. It is great when you are sick or detoxing. It is great for making tea as it pulls more nutrients out of the water. But, in general I think drinking filtered water is best. If just plain tap or distilled – well it depends on how bad your water is and if you are taking vitamins or not Any comments??? Guest guest
Hi I use nursery water for my baby's formula. It is healthier yes but I wonder if boiling tap water has the same effect? What is so special about distilled water? Life's a witch and then you fly (or marry one!) vote. - Register online to vote today!
Guest guest
Dear Jasmina, I have gotten the message from many sources over the years that distilled water is best to use when doing cleanses and detoxes. I have done a number of these myself, and distilled water worked perfectly. However, under normal circumstances, many people agree that good water that contains some minerals is better, and indeed, when tested with kinesiology, I test much better with spring water than distilled.
