Guest guest
No problem Jeff.. A cleanse cleans the toxins out of the body.. A complete cleanse is 4 weeks, or 5. Look in the files under Dr.Ian Shillington and you'll be able to read all about them... THere are intestinal cleanses, liver, gallbladder, kidney etc.. Even a 3 day cleanse (under Dr. Christopher) would be good. But do get started on the other things I suggested.. I have level 4 arthritis in the knee cap... Dr told me I would probably always have pain, and if it became unbearable we could be looking at a knee cap replacement.. well, one surgery was enough to scrap the burs under the knee cap and do a lateral release to get the knee cap back in place... I now have some swelling to the right of the knee cap but I can live with that disfigurement... the things I've mentioned have kept me basically pain free... except a weather change once in awhile tells me it's there.
