Hi Jen,

 

Okay so you want hot oatmeal. Well why not just gently warm it up in a double boiler. Don't cook it cause then you kill the enzymes in it that your body needs to digest it and you change any proteins in it into denatured toxins and the vitamins and minerals will now become inorganic due to the cooking. Best to just slightly warm it over a double boiler at 130 F or less. This way it will still be good for you and not a toxin to your body.

Don, a few yeas back i was trying to lower the colesterol so went

the oatmeal as well as the niacine rout and i would put the raw

oatmeal in my soup thermos and pour very hot water in it and by the

time i had had my morning bath it would be plenty warm but not

cooked to death.
