Tea tree oil should take care of it! Buy a tea tree oil shampoo and

apply the oil to her scalp (make sure you dilute it down... a few

drops of tea tree oil in some mineral oil should work)

When my daughter got head lice we put the tea tree oil in some tea

tree shampoo and that worked for her. I put it in fairly strong, tho.

One thing maybe to try is to use a bit more of the tea tree (be

careful with this tho, it can irritate) in your mineral oil. Then

repeat it every day or at least every other day for at least a week.

Make sure you wash all her pillows, pillow cases, blankets, etc, so

that she isnt getting reinfected by these persistant bugs.

Sometimes i wonder if the allopathic way of treating them has created

a 'superbug' of some sort so that they are much harder to get rid of.

I think that is what is happening with all these 'anti-bacterial'

soaps that are on the market: creating super strength bacteria that

can become deadly.

Anyway, HTH

diane in nw mt
