Guest guest
Does anyone have a solution for dry cracked heals, my sister has this all the time and she has tried different creams, but nothing seems to work, it gets so bad, that sometimes she cannot walk since it cracks all the way through. Also very dry hair, but extremely oily skin. Any suggestions?

Guest guest
Ok, no, she does not take omega 3 iol. A whle back we were told to put 2 tbls spoons of whole flaxseeds in a glass and levae it soaking overnight and then drink it in the morning. Would that be good? She does eat greens and fruits, she only has kefir for dairies and yes, she does drink a cup of coffe in the mornings and 6 to 8 glasses of either herbal tea and/or water herbal remedies , Suzanne <suziesgoats> wrote: > omega 3, UDO.... by balanced.....lots of greens, fruits, does she do dairy, caffeine, lot of red meat, how much water, juice intake? > Suzi > > marce0313 <marcelaweiland@h...> wrote: > She has a pretty balanced diet.
