Guest guest
I assume vaginal yeast infection. Plain yogurt does wonders for lots of women with this affliction. Others swear by using garlic cloves or a douche made with garlic. Certified organic Tea Tree oil is another that some use. Guest guest
I had one not too long ago. I douched with a garlic douche each night for 7 nights. I made an infusion of garlic and let it set until it was room temp and then strained it and used it. Use distilled water for this. I also used live culture yogurt and formed little suppositories and froze them and inserted one each night for 7 nights. You could use the fresh yogurt to apply to the outside area if you have discomfort there as well. I used a sanitary napkin for the duration just to keep the panties clean. I also made a tea out of some marshmallow root and juniper berries and had a cup of that 3 times a day for 7 days. there are other herbs to use as well but these were the only ones I had on hand at the time. I cut out all the sugar in my diet and felt much better. Doing really well so far. Hope this helps dear. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress. Take care for now. By the way, I got all this information from the great people on this list. It worked out well for me.
