Boil 2 tablespoons of the herb in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes, strain, cool and store in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator. Keeps about a week. Take a tablespoon ful in some water as required. Executive stress Vitamin B is helpful in the short term. For a longer term approach, take Strauss drops for your blood pressure and a course of SAMe for your stress. Then you won't have any need to fear the Doctor. I have a friend who is very nervy or was until she went on to SAMe. I can't get Strauss drops at an affordable price, so use garlic capsules and cayenne pepper.
