Hi all,

I was wondering if it would be ok to capsule TN. I am thinking of proposing

a plan for my husband to try and be a little more healthier. I know about

the only way he would take the TN is in capsule form. He may be open to

trying something to help himself. He is always tired and I know he could

lose a few pounds. Smokes too which doesn't help. I have to try baby steps

with him, but if I can get him feeling a little better maybe he will be open

to new things. I can only try I guess. :( Like Doc says, he has to want

to do it....

Thanks,

Lisa

I dont like the taste of it eihter so i tried encapsulating it. For 2

tbsp of TN it takes about 20 size 0 caps. He might not be willing to

swallow that many each time. Only one way to find out tho..

If you don't like the taste of TN, try adding it to orange juice or

grapefruit juice. I take my TN every morning in fresh grapefruit juice or

Orange juice. It's yummy! I couldn't take it in anything else.
