Well I quess everyone is out buying up the last of the ephedra,

because I could only get the powder. Now what would be the best

thing to do with this powder? Should I just capsule it as needed, or

can it be tinctured?

Thanks,

Kathe

You can tincture powdered herbs.. I have with lobelia and mullein... works fine. depending on how fine you strain you have the powder left in the tincture.....which will not hurt, and is probably better as you are getting the herb too.

I found a chinese herbal site that sells ephedra, 8 oz for $6.50

www.planetaryherbaltreasures.com

I am not associated with them, nor have I ever ordered from them. Just mentioned that they still have ma huang, aka ephedra

Tincture, capsule, eat it raw, pour it all in the tub and roll around in it. Your choice Kathe!! Personally, I would tincture some of it, cap some of it and leave some of it to combine with other herbs as needed. Keep it in the freezer section of your local kitchen. Hehehehe
