Thanks for the cycling of teas advise. Loving my herbal teas, I tend to have different ones all the time. However, the ecchinacea was chosen for the purpose of helping to support my lymph system after a nasty tooth/gum infection. When swelling and pain had subsided I was left with hardened glands down the neck and a lump under jaw which gave the impression that the toxins were going into my lymph system big time. A knowledgeable friend suggested to drink this tea to flood my system.

Choosing the roots wasn't a particular choice, I happened to have nothing but the roots on hand when I needed to make the tea. Have been drinking/sipping this tea now for 3 days and glands and lump seem to have completely settled. Another 2 or 3 days and all should be ok.

BTW, echinacea wasn't the only part in my fighting this infection. Have been rinsing and drinking CS, had garlic foot baths, had raw garlic galore, zapped, used clove oil to numb the pain.. might have forgotten something but now, a week later, all appears to be well.

Warm regards
