Guest guest
About the AWFUL taste of gentian!!!! OMG, this stuff is nasty. I added it to my blend for my liver decoction. My first sip ended up all over the kitchen window. So I added some stevia. Then I added some more. Then some more. Then I tried a teaspoon of honey per cup. Still awful!! I now chill it and gulp it down as fast as possible. YUK!!!! ;-) John Find out what made the Top Searches of 2003

Guest guest
Gentian is really bitter, that is why it is so good for the liver! The bitterness is what stimulates digestions and helps regulate the flow of bile. Ever hear of Angostura Bitters, that go in cocktails? Gentian is a part of that formula. herbal remedies , John Ybarra <deuteronomy2929> wrote: > About the AWFUL taste of gentian!!!! OMG, this stuff is nasty.
