Guest guest
i have a new sprouting question. ground Fenugreek seeds are supposed to be good for diabetes, blood sugar, weight loss, and a score of other things. I sprouted my fenugreek seeds, and they are absolutely delicious. now, do the sprouts contain the same anti-diabetic, glycemic properties as the ground, dry seeds? I know that sprouts are a live, nutrient dense food, and also good for you, but does sprouting remove the other characteristics of the ground seed powder? (same question for milk thistle) windflower Photos - Get your photo on the big screen in Times Square
