eczema and tumors

I have two friends: the first has eczema, does anyone know of a

remedy for eczema?

 

and the second has tumors, she first went to a MD for what she and

the MD thought was a cyst the MD starting cutting it out and found

it was a tumor. I am not sure what happened (i heard from a friend

of the friend) but since then she has another tumor. Any knowledge

of what to do for a tumor??
