Catnip is also for humans. It is relaxing to us and also safe for babies. Relaxes them but also relieves congestion. Good tasting too and not much to buy.

Rik, good for you getting off lorazepam! It is so hard to do I know from personal experience. Catnip has been used for centuries as a mild sedative and tummy/colic soother - yes even for tiny babies :-) Cats have completely different body systems and so react very differently than humans do to most things. I would highly recommend making some nerve sedative tincture as per the formula in the files though.
