Guest guest
Is it good to take both at the same time, or is it the case that by the time you get a cold (or feel one coming on) it's too late for the astragalus? --Jen herbal remedies , Suzanne <suziesgoats> wrote: > If you're building your immune system astragulus is fine... Guest guest
Jen, You can take both at the same time... if you feel a cold coming on grab the echinacea for sure..but you can do both if you wish. I've seen echinacea, astragalus and reishi mushrooms as a combo......
