Is it good to take both at the same time, or is it the case that by

the time you get a cold (or feel one coming on) it's too late for the

astragalus?

Jen,

You can take both at the same time... if you feel a cold coming on grab the echinacea for sure..but you can do both if you wish. I've seen echinacea, astragalus and reishi mushrooms as a combo......
