Apparently there is a major class action law suit against the makers of Flovent and Singular, saying that some have come down with diabetes directly caused by the drugs. My wife gives them out regularly at her job (she is a mental health care worker), and has received no information about this potentially negative side effect. I told her about it, and she told her boss. We'll see if anything comes of that.
