did you refrigerate it? yes, many of us use it for marinades, salad dressings, in soup, etc. but after you strain it you should either freeze, refrigerate, use or pitch....

Or you could dehydrate it, grind it up in your coffee grinder and use it for seasoning instead of salt. Tastes really good, is very spicy and will definitely make you sneeze a lot if you inhale this stuff up through your nose. LOL

Got a gas oven.... they usually put off just enough heat

Put it in the oven, leave the door open and put it on the lowest setting possible. Sometimes even the light bulb will do the trick if you have an electric. If you have a gas oven then the pilot should do it. It does take time but well worth it.

I don't have a dehydrator either. You can use the sun if you live in the south where the sun shines this time of year. I used a pan on top of a large stone heater. Worked really well.
