Guest guest
Hi, I have an auto-immune disease called Crohn's Disease (CD). I need some help with gas and the associated bloating that happens in my small and large intestine. The gas gives me serious pain as it passes through the areas affected by CD. The bloating causes pressure on my bladder which causes more than frequent urination. I've been using a digestion tea from my doctor that has symphytum, marshmallow, fennel, ginger, licorice, chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm and marshmallow leaf; sometimes it works but a lot of the time it doesn't. Please let me know of your opinions and herbal recipes. Be safe and stay sane, Ruth
Guest guest
Welcome Ruth to the group. For crohns, doing a search in the message archives may give you more insight... however, I would suggest Intestinal Corrective Formula #2 and the Nerve Formula. Also a Total Body Cleanse Program (do NOT do the Intestinal Cleanse #1 part of this program). This is week one...skip it and move to week 2. these files are in the archives, under files, under Dr.Ian Shillington.
