Expectorant Tea

Well, I was going to suggest Horehound tea but after reading the rest I would think Lobelia tincture might be a better solution right now. Course, if she is suffering from so much mucus then her diet must not be very good or she is taking large amounts of pharmaceutical poisons.

 

But we will need your input on this as we can't really be more specific and helpful if we don't know what her condition truly is or what her diet consists of.

[herbal remedies] Expectorant Tea

 

Hi Everyone,

 

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

 

My question....what is a good herbal Expectorant Tea to use?

My sister has been suffering with so much mucus lately, very

bad sinus and trouble breathing. Even vomits mucus sometimes.

Thought maybe a good tea would help.

You pretty much hit it right on the head.....she does take alot of

over the counter "poisons" as you put it. She suffers from migraines

as well. I call her the walking medicine cabinet. I told her to stop

taking all those things and gave her ecchinacea and vitamin C

to take. She has a cough and I told her to take some honey with

tea. But as I have read so many times in many posts, we can only

suggest, the person has to really want to do it.

Her diet is ok....she tries to eat fruits and veggies and she doesn't

eat to much meat. Not sure how much dairy she consumes.
