Guest guest
Re: Milk Thistle. Oral estrogen is VERY hard on the liver, and many of the T-Girls I know use it along with their estrogen. The fact that they do it doesn't mean it's a good idea, of course, lbut I haven't seen any of them clutch their livers and fall over. I have, however, seen one literally fall off her shoes. But that's another story. Re: Christmas. All I know is, this is Boxing Day. When I first heard the term, I assumed it referred to the day when you're supposed to open the boxes which contain the presents. Turns out, it means this is the day when churches are supposed to open their alms boxes to the poor. Re: Changing of the century. Back in late 2000, there was really a great deal of infighting about when the millenium actually begins and some of it wads quite heated. I published a story about then in an online mqgazine called *Would That It Were.* This magazine publishes science-fiction stories that are written as if they had been written in another time. My story took place on the last day of 1899 and the author mentions that there is fighting in the streets about whether this is the turn of the new century or should it be celebrated in 1901. I have the author reflect that as mankind becomes more civilized such petty squabbles will die out and thank goodness we won't have to go through this foolishness in the year 2000. Hehehe.
