I'm not sure if this would help you, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

I've found that when I take regular cinnamon in my twig tea at night

during the few days before my period, I can delay its onset by a few

days and when it does come, it seems to be lighter (ie the flow is

not as heavy). Can't hurt
