Guest guest
Hot and cold packs alternating every ten minutes. You might also lie on your back on the floor and have someone gently but firmly stretch your head and hold it for a count of 10 and relax. Then do it again in about 30 seconds. Then maybe have them gently massage the back of your neck and shoulders. Keep up the hot and cold though as this will help lots. Do you sleep on a pillow or pillows and how large? Guest guest
I have never heard of bromelain raising blood pressure. Bromelain has the ability to keep blood from sticking to the walls of the arteries. This tells me that it will help to keep ones BP from going up. My guess, and this is only my guess, if your DFL and SO have high blood pressure it is not due to Bromelain. My guess is their diet plays a major role in their HBP. My father-in-law said he can't take it because it raises his bp, my dh has high blood pressure and was taking bromelain in a formula for his painful joints. He ran out of it and the pain came back but the bp is going down. He also added about 2 tablespoons of bee pollen to his daily diet recently.diane in nw mt ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
Hi Hette, I know you've already received some wonderful advice on this, but there's one other thing that I would recommend and that is to make sure your diet is impeccable. Since I did the body cleanse in August, I have become a very firm believer that my diet contributes greatly (if not completely) to any back or neck problems I've ever had. I don't understand completely why, except that I'm sure it's hard for my body to keep everything going normally if I've stressed it with sugar or something like that. I had normally had on and off neck or back problems for about 20 years, but since doing the cleanse I had none! Until... I had some sugar over the holidays. Then I immediately got neck and back problems! Tense muscles, my neck being "out", etc. I have again cleaned up my act and my neck and back are getting healthy again too! And I didn't have to change pillows or anything. Anyway, I hope your neck is much improved!! Happy Holidays! Guest guest
Hi Diane, BF & C will help with the shoulder but use it along with the Deep Tissue Repair Oil. Will work much better. For the BP use cayenne and raw garlic. Will do wonders for the BP along with dietary changes. How about the bp? (in addition to dietary changes)TIA,diane in nw mt ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
