Hi Rob,

 

Psyllium husk and bentonite clay both drink lots of water. If she isn't adding any water she is going to have a bit of trouble passing all of that. She needs to drink lots of pure water while doing this. Our bodies are minimum 60% water so we need to make sure we keep plenty going in to make up for what is coming out of various places.

 

I have read we are supposed to take our weight and divide by two and that number is the amount we should drink daily in ounces. I say add in half again as much and drink that daily. Water is used in every part of your body for metabolism, elimination, respiration, circulation, lymph, reproduction, liver functions, pancreas functions, etc. Gotta keep our innards lubed.

 

Get her drinking lots more pure water and it should help her quite a lot.

[herbal remedies] Natural Laxative

 

My girlfriend is currently doing a intestinal cleanse consisting of pyscillium husk and bentonite clay (Sonnes #7 and #9). She has been doing it twice a day for three days (yesterday was third). She hasn't seen any noticeable increase in her BM. Last night she was having some stomach cramping and I think she is a little clogged up. I did the same
