Guest guest
Hi all. I'm a soon to be 50 year old female who has high blood pressure and Hepatitis c. About 7 months ago, I went through 16 days of intense pain in the liver area. Upon seeing my specialist, I learned that my liver wouln't act up that long. He said check gall bladder. Well, I tested fine for that, but promptly developed an active bowel (10-12 times per day). Now it seems I have IBS. I haven't been to a GI doc yet.... but am quickly loosing faith in my family doctor. Any suggestions? I would welcome all input. Please use non-technical terms as I know nothing about herbs. Guest guest
OK, Are your veges raw or cooked.... raw is what you want (or slightly steamed)... nuts - nuts and grains should be sprouted (see the article on enzyme enhibitors).. STOP the diet pop.. it is worst than reg. pop... but you need to eliminate the soda/sugar. On the dairy, try say almond milk.. Try to go organic if possible.... Your body can only go so long tolerating bad stuff till it says enough is enough and refuses to heal. (BEEN THERE< DONE THAT)... You need to add raw garlic cloves to your diet.. (for BP).. I would suggest Total Tonic and Total nutrition (in the files)... as part of your daily intake...I am not familiar with those drugs the one for the stomach - is that for reflux?? IC#2 (in the files) would be the way to go for IBS... I guess you're realizing by now you are going to have to do a total cleanse... I would suggest listening to Doc's tape and start changing your eating habits, give Doc a call on total nutrition and talk to him about a cleanse and your meds.. You can get better and lose weight when you cleanse too! Suzi corsuts <corsuts wrote: --I'm 45-50 lbs overweight. I quit meat a year ago.
