Guest guest
Hi Persian, Contact the ACHS and see what they can do for you. Otherwise, here is the only Lobelia that is found growing in NZ: L. Erinus. A tincture of the plant has been used in cancer and has produced absolute freedom from pain; is also used as a remedy in syphilis. This grows everywhere in NZ as an edging plant and is an annual. You could also leave the Lobelia out, the formula won't be as effective but it will still help his nerves. Another thought for you to check out is to see if you can import Lobelia for your own personal use for health reasons. It may be banned but if you can show you need it for you or your husbands health they may allow you to import a sufficient amount to use. Just a thought. As for DMSO, do you know any chemists there or pharmacist who may be able to order you some through SigmaAldrich or contact Doc. With customs etc, it might be cheaper to hire a chemist to order it for you. Guest guest
Yes Suzi, That is correct. You want Lobelia inflata. L. erinus is not something I would use for this combo. However, there are several species of Lobelia that grow in Oz and Tasmania that have similar, though not as potent, effets as inflata. Educating oneself as to what is growing in and around ones abode is a very wise thing to do. Any university anywhere in the world has done extensive work on the local flora in their neighborhoods. Even some ethnobotany work. L. erinus would be quite good for pain and cancer however. So here is the string all she has to do is pull on it and find out what is at the other end. This is where research at the local library or university library comes in real handy. Don Quai ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
