Hi Jen,

Digestive enzymes are good but you also need a little more help with

the swelling you are experiencing. The enzymes I take contain a bit

more. They have herbs and Chicken Collagen (type II) blended in with

bromelain, papain, protease, amylase, lipase, and cellulase. The

label will tell you that the enzymes and herb mixture helps with

problems of inflammation. There are a couple on the market. The

brand you currently use might offer one, when you find a brand that

your body responds well to, it is a good idea to work from there.

You can also do a computer search to find one that you feel will be

best for your personal health.
