Total tonic, echinacea plus would be definites..and cayenne tincture. These 3 I take with me... always.. it depends too on your situation... Lobelia, healing salve, panther piss, total nutrition, total healing or drawing powder.... For me it depends on how long I'm going to be gone and where I am going and what I'm going to be doing..

Hi all,Wow lots of positive (I think) changes are happening and I am getting ready to head out to Arizona for a week in January to escape the damp and cold here. And, most importantly, to see if I can get some sense of "is the west a safe and financially secure place for me to be right now." I've grown very comfortable in my current living situation but I know it is not the best for me. A big lightbulb came on yesterday when a student of mine told me that her and her husband are prepared to give me up to $20 grand should I need it to make a move. Talk about a shock and a surprise. Anyway, my question is, since I will be on the move "touring through Phoenix, Tucson, etc." for a week. Staying at various hostels, hotels and living out of a rented car. What would be the travelers' "remedy box" to take? I know I should take Total Tonic,

and I'm going to take a homeopathic valerian thingy. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Doll

If you're not going to have access to lots of live foods I would also recommend Plant Enzymes (for digestion) as sometimes all you can get on the road is "road kill"! ;)

When I make mine with powder I do it by "looks" Say a 1/4 cup (a little less) into a glass jar and then pour in vodka about 2" or so...... kind of gauge it... so to speak. If it is a little weak I add some more pepper,,, likewise if it is strong, more alcohol.. I do the same with my echinacea ... only I like it stronger...

Either way, it's better than what you buy commercialized over the counter.

Thank you Suzi. I've looked through the files...maybe I missed it. I am accustomed to mixing cayenne with honey for easy carriage as honey balls, but I do not know how to make cayenne tincture. I always use the finely ground cayenne. How should I make this tincture? Thanks again. Dollyherbal remedies , Suzanne wrote:> Total tonic, echinacea plus would be definites..and cayenne tincture.
