I mix nutritional yeast along w/ C crystals in o.j. most of the time. I had

a batch of chicken noodle soup last week and I thru in a few tbsps. before

serving, and it was real tasty in that..

NUTRITIONAL YEAST IS WHAT IS IN TOTAL NUTRITION... CHECK OUT THE FILE ON THE INGREDIENTS

Yes there is a lot of difference.

 

Nutritional yeast has a cheesy sort of taste, comes in flakes and is full

of B Vitamins, it is also a vegan product. Here it is often called savoury

yeast.

 

In the states I see it is also known as vegetarian support formula,

here is one of your brands, Red Star with all the info.
