Guest guest
I'm assuming you mean lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes) and not lipoma (benign fatty deposit under the skin). It it were me, and I was suspected of having lymphoma, I would try to find out which type. There's Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's. They can tell if they do a biopsy (which there are sites that question whether you should get a biopsy, since some people think it can help the cancer spread). But, if it were me, I would chance the biopsy. The reason why is that if it's Hodgkin's, then chemotherapy is very good at curing Hodgkin's in most cases, the number for cure rate is 85% (or maybe higher). If it's non-Hodgkin's, then I would start looking at alternative methods of curing it. Also, there are aggressive and non-aggressive types of non-Hodgkin's. The aggressive is more curable by traditional methods, but moves quicker. The non- aggressive is harder to cure, but moves slower. They can tell this by biopsy also. Anyway, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma isn't very curable with traditional methods. There is a really good guide to alternative ways to treat cancer published by Alternative Medicine magazine, that's a good place to start, also the cancercure and cancercured are good places to read and ask questions.
