Guest guest
i use ginger a lot, but haven't had high blood pressure to worry about so never used it for that. i have a formula from another highly recommended group which includes ginger root that you might want to research: High blood pressure medicine 1 tsp. each Hawthorne berries and flowers, ginger rizome, valerian root and mother wort leaves 1 qt. boiling water Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep for 20 minutes. Strain herbs. Drinking at least 2 c. a day. you can also make these herbs into a tincture using the same proportions, or you can look for commercial tinctures with similar herbs in them. ~~~~~~ love.. granny lee ---- Orignal Message ----- Shireen herbal remedies Wednesday, December 10, 2003 1:59 PM [herbal remedies] Does Ginger Reduce BP Has anybody had any first hand experience with this?thanks, Shireen
