Hi Elizabeth,

The Total Tonic in the files will help you immensely as will the Herbal Snuff. Will do wonders to clear out your sinuses and chest. Also, get a hold of some Lobelia tincture and Echinacea and begin to take a dropper full of those as well.

Total tonic, herbal snuff, panther piss and lobelia wouldn't hurt either.

Hello everyone. I am writing to see if anyone has any suggestions of what I should do to get rid of a sinus infection that I have. I have had no fever. My head is completly clogged as I can hear nothing. My sinus in my cheek area and forehead hurt. I feel facial swelling. I feel like I need to blow my nose but nothing comes out. I have tried warm compresses and snorting warm water up my nose. I have alternated between the two every hour. I do feel relief for about 15-20 minutes after. Also my chest in starting to hurt and I am no longer having a productive cough.I am so uncomfortable here so could use any advice you can give.ThanksElizabeth

Elizabeth,

I am pretty new to this group, but here is my 2 cents worth.

Some years back, I read where a doctor cured pneumonia by cleaning out

the person's intestines.

I have had good success with applying that principle. Whenever I get

any cold, sinus, lung, chest symptoms, I switch over to raw fruit

(usually only one particular fruit at a time) and raw vegetables (but

not eaten when I eat the fruit). I would recommend this in addition to

any herbs, etc.

I guess the idea is that if your body is under attack from bacteria

which have been feeding on rotting meat or other rotting substances in

your intestines, those bacteria give off toxic waste substances, and

your body has to try to dump the toxins somewhere, so some of them wind

up in the form of mucus in your nasal passages. Also your immunity is

weakened by those bacteria, so your defenses are weakened and you are

subject to infections in other areas. The raw foods serve to clean out

your intestines and gives your body a chance to catch up on it's

garbage disposal, so it doesn't have to dump mucous into your throat,

nasal areas, etc.

Works for me, hope it helps you.
