Hi Niz,

 

Try the herbal snuff in the files and keep working with the saline. Start eating lots of cayenne and raw garlic. Total Tonic will help also.

Hi, I would recommend a cleanse - preferably the body cleanse,

but the 3 day juice fast would be good as well. (There's info

in the files on these.) Each time I did one of these, the first

thing that happens when I get on the raw organic diet is that

any trace of congestion I have disappears.

 

I'm still a newbie with other herbal remedies, so I defer to

the wise group.
