One suggestion is 1/2 tb cinnamon per day

 

Another is fenugreeks daily -- DEFINITELY. I would make a tincture of them and take, good taste

Thank you for your advice. I have been using opuntia (prickly pear cactus). It lowers bloood sugar when you take it, but I have to take it four or five times a day.
