If you wish to change your diet to a raw one (meaning no mucus forming foods) and you drink the distilled water with lemon you will find yourself, eventually, breaking out in various parts of your body. Rashes that really itch and drive you crazy. These are the toxins that are being released through your skin. Areas like the back of your knees, inside of your elbows, groin, armpits, neck and general places where there are a lot of lymph nodes. You will also notice, over time, that your general body odor will become less offensive and much more pleasant. I will stress however, that it is important that you get as much sun as possible and that you skin brush daily, whether dry or while you shower. It really helps a lot. In answer, you won't actually see the mucus cause it will be hidden in your feces and mixed in your urine. You will feel the effects of it though in a big way. Eventually, after however long it takes, you will find yourself having tons of energy and feeling wonderful. But you have to work at it. Consider this, if you are 40 years old and have been eating the usual diet of most people then it has taken you 40 years to get your body in the condition that it is now in. Therefore, you will not clean your body up overnight. It will take time. Maybe even years but it will be well worth the effort and time spent to have excellent radiant health and vitality.
