Guest guest
Hi Wendy, I suggest you change your diet to a raw one and do the total body cleanse or at the very least the 3 day juice cleansing on an ongoing basis. Do stay away from dairy, sugars, meats etc. They are all mucus forming in the human body and will make you snotty all throughout your body. Guest guest
cut ALL dairy products from your regimen and see what happens. you do not have to have bread.. 'man does not live by bread alone ' : ) ... read labels.. if product contains milk, lactose or whey put it back. it is that simple to find out if that was the problem. love... granny lee - Wendy . herbal remedies Sunday, November 30, 2003 3:19 AM [herbal remedies] Dairy Allergy I have been diagnosed with a dairy allergy. Each timeI eat cows milk cheese or drink cows milk in any shapeor form my mouth starts to itch. I also getintestinal and stomach pain on occasions and eachmorning I get either diarrhoea or explosive diarrhoea(pardon the graphics) I also suffer hayfever and feelthat this all goes hand in hand. I drank a yoghurtdrink and this too made me "snotty" and itchy in thenose. Even bread with an additive of some form ofmilk or other gives me an itchy mouth or itchy skin. What can I do about this?Wendy(Australia).
Guest guest
That is because regular cows milk is full of hormones, antibiotics, BGH and other atrocities perpetrated by the need for greed. Good organic cows milk will, hopefully, not be pasturized killing the enzymes needed to digest the milk. However, cows milk is still for cows and not meant for human consumption. Just my view.
