Guest guest
Now that is interesting. I have found that the only way I can get my "poor man's" version of Dragon Snot down is if I chew it while I drink it. If I try to just drink it, I retch and gag. There must be something in the chewing process that promotes/encourages ingestion. JohnDon Quai <mysticalherbalist wrote: Just make sure you chew your juice really well. Guest guest
Yes, all digestion begins in the mouth. That is why it is so important to chew your food first. The saliva contains enzymes that actually begin digestion before you swallow. Even chewing your juices mixes it with saliva and begins the digestion process of the juices before they even hit your stomach. As for ingestion, well you fool your body into thinking you are eating something which makes it easier to ingest something you find not so easy to ingest (feeling wise).
