Guest guest
Try a Touch Therapy technic: wrap rubber bands around the first knuckle of the thumb and first two fingers of the hand on the side of the pain. Leave them on for 10 minutes or until the pain goes away. If you don't have rubber bands you can use clip clothes pins. I'll send you a picture if I can find it. Guest guest
Hot and cold therapy... 10 minutes each alternating for an hour (3 times each)... also Deep tissue oil. Arnica would be another help. Suzi Free Pop-Up Blocker - Get it now
Guest guest
Add some DMSO to that BF & C wrap! Suziwritergrrrl48 <writergrrrl48 wrote: Thank you! I forgot about the deep tissue oil. Have been using thebone/ligament/cartilage tea as a wrap, but the oil should help a lot. Free Pop-Up Blocker - Get it now
