Kelli,

Exercise to get circulation going will help with cold feet and hands.

(You won't find many kids who suffer from cold hands or feet--they are

very active.) However, in the meantime, I suggest that your husband

wear a hat. I learned in backpacking and wilderness survival that you

lose 50% of your heat through your head, and when your head gets cold,

your body shuts down blood flow to your hands and feet to keep your

head warm and protect your brain.
