Guest guest
hops is totally amaxing, but you have to have it the most fresh as possible fresh (max less than 6 monhs old). If you can only have a old one, try it anyway. It will help to sleep so well if you take it at night. White willow is good to continue the effect of hops, for the day. It is not good to break a crisis, but excellent to keep you out of pain. You make a strong decoction and drink a little but all the day long, until the night, because then you take hops! Don't take white willow if you can't take tylenol or aspirin. For me, aspirin is bad, but not white willow (I am not allergic, only intolerant to aspirin). Good luck! Guest guest
Everything that I have read on MSM says your body gets what it needs and it flushes out within 12 hours and it is impossible to overdose on. I have been taking it as well as my son, about 2000 mg daily for about 2 weeks. My friend that told me about it takes 8000 a day.
