could it be egg allergies?

Hmmmm,

Maybe it is not an allergic reaction but your body's way of telling you it don't like dead food. All that juicing probably dumped a lot of toxins into your blood. Then you go and fix some dead food and shove it all back in. Should have kept up with the juicing. Could be the eggs were just too hard for your body to digest. Try them raw next time in your juice if you feel the need for eggs. One of the hardest hurdles to going raw is overcoming the ingrained passions for eating dead devitalized food and when we cook that is exactly what we are making.

Dang I wish I had a juicer. They don't have them here. Plus it is almost cost prohibitive to ship one in. Then you have to deal with the customs people who take a dim view on anyone trying to import something that is not made in Slovenia. Problem is they don't make much of anything in Slovenia. Go figure.

Okay I lost the thread there for a moment. Seriously, Dolly, I would go back to juicing and eating raw. Far easier for you body to digest as you are getting all the natural enzymes with each and every type of food. Even raw eggs. If you don't want to keep juicing just eat the veggies and fruits raw. Or you can very lightly steam them if you wish something warm. But keep the eggs raw. They are like meat and dairy products, hard to digest when cooked. And no meat is never easy to digest even when it is raw.

Wow, your response raises some questions for me Don. Sorry for butting

into this conversation, but could you elaborate on these points highlighted

below (my questions included in italics):

Does this mean that eating cooked foods STOPS whatever healthful "flow" is

happening in the body when you've eaten raw? For example, starting a meal

with a nice big salad, and then following with some steamed broccoli and fish?

Eating nothing would be better?? (Almost...?)

Well shoot, for all the help you are to us here, we should all chip in and

get you one! :)

So making my own sashimi from ocean caught tuna is not any better

than a good grilled salmon?

The reason I'm asking all these questions is because I just recently completed

the total body cleanse and am trying to eat as healthy as possible (all organic,

mostly raw, organic chicken and ocean-caught fish, steamed veggies) but I feel

seriously uneducated and my level of certainty on all this is very low. My body

feels healthier than it has in over 15 years. I've started walking this path, and

I want to continue!

Thanks!

Hi Kelli,

When you are juicing or eating raw your body is getting rid of toxins. This is because the fruits and vegetables are making your body more alkaline cutting and dissolving the built up mucus that exists everywhere in our bodies all the way to the cellular level. These toxins enter our blood and are marked for deletion through the kidneys, bowels, and skin. When you eat dead food (cooked food) there are no enzymes to properly digest this so in essence as it gets metabolized it creates an acidic condition within the body creating more sticky gluey mucus to plug us up more.

Eating cooked foods all the time is not good for anybody. Once in awhile is okay as long as the majority of your diet is raw. Of course you can offset the effects of cooked foods by fasting and doing cleanses. Easier just to avoid them if possible. Very lightly steamed vegetables are okay as they do not get hot enough to kill the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. The minerals in veggies are organic until we cook those veggies, now they are inorganic and toxic to our bodies.

No need to do this as I am getting by on just my blender quite nicely. I do appreciate the offer though and thank you for considering it.

Meat is meat is meat is meat. Once in awhile and certified organic at that but not all the time. Meat creates mucus in your body. Doesn't matter whether it is raw or cooked. Meat makes your body too acidic.

I am very glad that you are feeling so much better. Wonderful cleanse isn't it. Now, your ready to go deeper still. Just be smart about eating too many acid forming foods. Keep raw as much as possible and best of health to you Kelli.
