Guest guest
before i started taking acidophilus, DGL, and enzymes, i had quite a lot of acid eatiing away at my esophagus lining. in times past i have used a sip or two of dill vinegar (which was diluted to pickle level as it was from the vinegar water from dill pickles,) to help neutralize the acids. ..a little bit'll do ya! ... and since i learned of panther piss from this mail list i have been using it ( the PP)pretty regularly. i do have a small problem with it in that it burns all the way down my still sensitive esophagus. because of this i have missed a few times taking it. the last two times i took it, i diluted it with RO'd water and it wasn't as uncomfortable going down. BTW, i like the taste... i have had some reservations about taking vinegar without diluting it as a dear friend of mine a number of years ago, (1960-70's) bragged that he took a tablespoon of 5% vinegar directly from the bottle every day for a number of years and he ended up with a severe colonectomy, because of cancer from what i understood, and died probably about 50 years old. any thoughts on this? it may have just been a coincidence and nothing to do with the vinegar, but i can't help but wonder. love ... Guest guest
Hi, When I have acid reflux problems, I take a few mouthful of Sourkraut a few days in a row and byby..nothing left for a long time. peacefulglow [peacefulglow] November 7, 2003 12:48 PM herbal remedies [herbal remedies] Re: acid reflux damage Hi Granny Lee, I had probs with acid reflux a few years back and the meds gave me perscriptions that made me very ill - so I threw them in the toilet. A man who used to run a health food store told me to take liquid chlorophyl. It helped ease the pain and I think helped me in general at that time.
